Ordering Options and Processing Time
ꨄ︎ Ready-Made Items:
Items under this category have already been pre-made and are ready to dispatch. Processing time can take up to 7 days of purchase.

ꨄ︎ Pre-Orders:
Items under this category have yet to be made and therefore requires longer time to be prepared. Items are typically made and dispatched within 2 to 5 weeks from purchase.
*Please Note: This may take longer or shorter due to being a single individual running a small business.
Keycap Information
ꨄ︎ Keycap products are cherry mx compatible.
ꨄ︎ Due to slight differences in keycap spacing & keyboards, keycaps may not fit compact spaces.
ꨄ︎ Materials used are PBT keycaps, polymer clay & UV resin.
ꨄ︎ Keycaps are personalised & one of a kind which may or may not have minor imperfections as products are handcrafted.
Shipping Information
All packages are standard and tracked and shipped with Evri or Royal Mail.
ꨄ︎ UK Orders (except Northern Ireland):
Sent via Evri and takes between 2 to 4 business days to arrive.
ꨄ︎ International Orders:
Sent via Evri or Royal Mail. Delivery timeframes vary based on location, but most orders should arrive within 7 to 15 business days after being dispatched.
*Please Note:
ꨄ︎ Please understand that once your order is on its way, delivery timing is in the hands of the courier and can be affected by seasonal delays.
ꨄ︎ If pre-made and pre-order products are purchased in the same order, items will be shipped according to the pre-ordered items. If you'd like them to be shipped separately, please purchase them under separate orders.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Once orders have been shipped, I am not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. To help ensure safe delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. While I am happy to assist in locating lost packages, please understand that recovery cannot be guaranteed. For any concerns, feel free to reach out through the contact section — I’ll do my best to support you.
Returns and Exchanges
Kindly note that each item is individually handcrafted with care. As a result, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible once payment has been processed. We encourage you to read the item descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to get in touch — I'm happy to help!
Customs and Import Fees
If any fees are to occur, customers are responsible for paying for any duties, customs, taxes or import fees that may be charged upon arrival.
*Note for USA Customers: Fees, duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout which therefore means customs and fees are therefore paid before packages are sent out. This means USA customers are NOT subject to additional hidden duty fees upon arrival!
