Ordering Options and Processing Time

ꨄ︎ Ready-Made Items:
Items under this category have already been pre-made and are ready to dispatch. Processing time can take up to 7 days of purchase as they may be sent in batches.

Pre-Orders:
Items under this category have yet to be made and therefore requires longer time to be prepared. Items are typically made and dispatched within 2 to 8 weeks from purchase (please see item description for more accurate information).

Please Note: This may take longer or shorter due to being a single individual running a small business. Thank you for your understanding!

Keycap Information

ꨄ︎ Compatible with Cherry MX switches
ꨄ︎ Due to slight differences in keyboard layouts and spacing, this keycap may not fit perfectly in more compact setups
ꨄ︎ Made with PBT keycaps, polymer clay & UV resin
ꨄ︎ Each piece is personalised and one of a kind. As all keycaps are handcrafted, small imperfections may be present, adding to their unique charm!

Shipping Information

Once packages are shipped you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your beans are on their way to you!

All orders are sent with Royal Mail using standard tracked delivery (unless stated otherwise)

ꨄ︎ UK Orders:
Usually arrives within 2–3 business days

ꨄ︎ International Orders:
Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 6–7 business days after dispatch

Please note:
ꨄ︎ Once your order has been shipped, it’s on its way to you! Delivery timings are handled by the courier and may vary, especially during busy seasons 
ꨄ︎ If you order both pre-made and pre-order items together, they will be shipped at the same time based on the pre-order timeline
ꨄ︎ If you’d like your pre-made items to arrive sooner, please place them in a separate order. Please note this isn’t guaranteed, as items may still be produced and shipped together if they fall within the same batch.

Damaged, Lost or Returned Packages

Once orders have been shipped, I am not liable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. To help ensure safe delivery, please double-check that your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. While I am happy to assist in locating lost packages, please understand that recovery cannot be guaranteed. If a package is returned, we’re happy to help arrange re-shipping. Please note that the cost of re-shipping would be the customer’s responsibility, as it isn’t covered by the sender. For any concerns, feel free to reach out through the contact section. I’ll do my best to support you!

Returns and Exchanges

Kindly note that each item is individually handcrafted with care. As a result, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not possible once payment has been processed. We encourage you to read the item descriptions thoroughly before placing your order. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I'm more than happy to help!

Customs and Import Fees

If any fees are to occur, customers are responsible for paying for any duties, customs, taxes or import fees that may be charged upon arrival.

Note for USA Customers: Fees, duties and taxes are calculated and collected during checkout which therefore means customs and fees are therefore paid before packages are sent out. This means USA customers are NOT subject to additional hidden duty fees upon arrival. Yippie!

Combining Shipping

If you’ve already placed an order and would like to pick up another piece or more, feel free to email me before placing your next order! I’d be more than happy to help combine shipping and save you some extra costs!

Please note: If multiple orders have already been placed, I can still combine shipping where possible. However, I’m unable to offer refunds on shipping, as fees are lost during the refund process. Thank you so much for your understanding and support!
